- ➤ Visit Cheyenne doubled its marketing grants to $70K to support more than 25 local events in 2026. The grants, ranging from $500 to $11,000 and funded by Laramie County lodging tax, aim to boost tourism and include events (such as the Celtic Festival). Cap City News
- ➤ United Airlines dropped its flight guarantee at Gillette Airport after the subsidy program helped the airport become self-sustaining — a success prompting other communities to reconsider their air service plans.
