- ➤ Wyoming Game and Fish Department announced it will retire its Sage-Grouse Local Working Groups on Jan. 31 — ending a 21-year collaboration for sage-grouse conservation. SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Wyoming Cowboys have signed former West Virginia running back Diore Hubbard, a Mr. Ohio finalist who rushed 335 yards and four touchdowns last fall. He will join team practice on March 24 in Laramie and is expected to be medically cleared before fall camp (health update). KGAB
- ➤ Da'Marion Brownlee, a redshirt sophomore who recorded 49 tackles last fall at Missouri Southern State, is expected to compete for the strong safety job alongside returning starter Jones Thomas at Wyoming.
