- ➤ On Tuesday in Cheyenne, lawyers argued at the Wyoming Supreme Court over a lower court injunction blocking the Steamboat Legacy Scholarship Act voucher program that would offer families $7,000 per child for K-12 costs; the state says no irreparable harm exists while plaintiffs claim the program fails constitutional standards.
