  • Wyoming has filed an appeal against a February ruling that found public schools were underfunded due to funding adjustments that did not meet constitutional requirements.   • Wyoming elected officials twice declined the federal summer nutrition program that feeds income-qualified children during school breaks—officials may consider revising school programs to support these kids in the future.  Wyoming Tribune Eagle

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The new law—set to take effect in July—requires Wyoming voters to present documents proving residency and citizenship when registering, and it allows a signed attestation for those without standard proof.
