- ➤ Roy Castrun Burnett Jr., 42, was arrested Friday after Cheyenne police responded to a disturbance at the 2400 block of East 10th Street and saw him jump from a moving van while holding a metal bar as he ran toward a woman on a bicycle—officers used a Taser to subdue him and he faces charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and interference with a peace officer.
