  • The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service & National Marine Fisheries Service proposed to end the use of the word 'harm' in the Endangered Species Act so the rule follows the law. Wyoming leaders say the change will cut back on big government rules & may help land use while some experts worry it could lower safety for animals like grizzly bears and the Wyoming toad.  Cowboy State Daily
