- ➤ On Tuesday, Apr. 21, Wyoming signed an agreement with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to let the state regulate uranium and radioactive byproducts from rare earth mining (reducing duplicate oversight and permitting costs for projects like Rare Element Resources’ demonstration plant in Upton).
