- ➤ A 24-year-old Cheyenne man was arrested for felony drug possession when police found him with about 80 fentanyl pills during an investigation of a vehicle theft, and his cash bond was set at $10K with a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 28 at 10:30 a.m. KGAB
- ➤ Cheyenne police arrested three suspects on Thursday, April 24, for a knife assault that occurred on April 17 in the American Legion parking lot on East Lincolnway, where a victim with cuts and bruises was taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center after he intervened in a fight outside Redwood Lounge & Package Liquors. - ➤ A section of the Greater Cheyenne Greenway near Crow Creek will close for sewer line work by the Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities starting Monday, April 28 until Friday, May 9. - ➤ The Wyoming Transportation Commission awarded a Cheyenne contractor almost $3.51 million to pave 8.6 miles of U.S. Highway 30/287 in Carbon County - the project involves asphalt paving, chip sealing, traffic control, grading and milling, and will be completed by June 30. Cap City News
