- ➤ A 45-year-old Louisiana transient in the Laramie County Detention Center was arrested on April 27 for trespassing at 3901 S. Industrial Rd. and reportedly spat bloody saliva on three jailers on April 28 while stating he had HIV/AIDS (he now faces felony assault and battery charges and misdemeanor interference with a peace officer with a total cash bond of $4,000).
