- ➤ A 27-year-old Cheyenne woman, Leigha Ashley-Vel Stewart, was taken to Laramie County Detention Center on May 9 after allegedly shoplifting merchandise valued at over $1,000—she appeared in court on May 12 where her bond was set at $3,000 cash and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 19 at 11 a.m. KGAB
