- ➤ A 38-year-old Cheyenne man was detained last Friday (May 16) at Walmart after shoplifting less than $1,000 worth of merchandise; a vehicle search found two stolen firearms and 1.88 grams of methamphetamine, and he admitted to the burglaries during police questioning. KGAB
- ➤ Kennett McLeod, a 45-year-old from Ethete, was sentenced to over five years in federal prison in Cheyenne on May 16 for possessing fentanyl with intent to distribute after officers discovered drugs during a traffic stop on June 12, 2024—he admitted buying large amounts from Colorado to sell.
