- ➤ Scott Talbott, the second-longest serving director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, died in April from pancreatic cancer at age 63. - ➤ David Edwards, born in Cheyenne, flew 260 Vietnam combat missions and earned medals such as the Distinguished Flying Cross during his long Navy career.
