- ➤ The Wyoming Supreme Court suspended Laramie attorney Vaughn H. Neubauer for 30 days due to his failure to file a brief and a petition for Post-Conviction Relief on time — his suspension will remain stayed if he meets probationary terms that include improved office procedures and monthly reports to the Office of Bar Counsel. - ➤ Motorists in Cheyenne face detours and lane closures as WYDOT crews work on highway pavement patching on Highway 212 with a 12-foot width restriction—projects on Highway 287 in Laramie may also cause delays until work wraps up by October. Concrete slab replacement for ADA upgrades will begin on June 2 with intersections on 12th Street closed—further work may lead to additional detours during this summer maintenance. KGAB
- ➤ Today, the Wyoming Transportation Commission approved $18.5 million in contracts for 11 statewide road work projects, with Cheyenne-based companies netting $15.56 million in awards. Simon Contractors received a $13.69 million bid for a bridge replacement in Platte County (to be completed by Nov. 30, 2027) and other local firms won bids for bridge and pavement projects due by Oct. 31 or July 31, 2026.
