- ➤ Angela Leigh Marie Morrow faced felony theft charges after failing to return a rental car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car by its scheduled return on Aug. 31, and authorities later found the 2024 Toyota Corolla in Colorado on Oct. 2, 2024—she turned herself in on May 28 and is presumed innocent. - ➤ Sgt-Joshua Daniel returned from a nine-month deployment in Kuwait with the Wyoming National Guard 2-300th on Friday, May 30th at Casper-Natrona County International Airport after flying in from Fort Bliss, and about 100 service members were welcomed by family as children in custom T-shirts watched from the tarmac. - ➤ Cheyenne City Councilman Scott Roybal said his 15-year effort on the Belvoir Ranch master plan is moving forward as officials plan to announce the official date for opening the 17-mile trail loops soon after portable toilets are installed. The project, which includes a working ranch and an 1,800-acre recreational area known as the Big Hole, will address a Union Pacific Railroad crossing with either a bridge or an underpass to improve public access.
