- ➤ The Cheyenne City Council meets tonight at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers to hold a public hearing on the 2025–2027 Community Development Plan and vote on ordinances for annexations, park fees, and signage changes. Other agenda items include contracts for street reconstruction and building sales plus appointments such as the new fire chief, with supporting documents available on the city website. Cap City News
- ➤ Today, the Laramie County Board of Commissioners approved a site plan for a 150-foot cellular tower on Powderhouse Mountain—an effort to improve wireless service despite local concerns over health, property values and scenic impact. Rocky Mountain Towers presented the proposal and the plan, which names Verizon as the anchor tenant, will require agency comments and permit corrections before a Certificate of Review is issued—official actions meant to ensure compliance and safety.
