- ➤ A Cheyenne teen awaiting sentencing for sexual assault, Kylin Leland Clementson, is accused of trapping and assaulting a mid-30s inmate on July 3 in the F-Pod visitation room at Laramie County Detention Center—he faces charges of aggravated assault and battery plus felonious restraint with sentencing set for September 25. - ➤ The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office released investigation results showing all 13 voters flagged as non-citizens had voted legally while 11 voters flagged for felony issues were reviewed—two Cheyenne residents were charged with false voting, with one pleading guilty and receiving a $720 fine and the other having charges dismissed. 106.3 Cowboy Country
