  • A female wolf reintroduced from Oregon into Colorado wandered into Wyoming and was found dead on July 24. Colorado Parks and Wildlife coordinated with Wyoming Game and Fish to retrieve her tracking collar—but state law prevents sharing more details.  Cowboy State Daily

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Laramie County Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday to let residents run home businesses without permits or site plans in all unincorporated areas, with the change taking effect immediately—this update also eases requirements for small commercial projects while protecting agricultural activities.
