  • Cheyenne railroad veteran Jim Ehernberger, age 88, donated his vast railroading collection to the American Heritage Center at the University of Wyoming — the donation includes thousands of photos, documents, and artifacts from his long career with Union Pacific. This valuable gift will support future research on Wyoming rail history and preserve a unique part of our local heritage.  Cowboy State Daily

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Wyoming-based All Solar saw rising demand for solar work as more residents and businesses seek energy independence. • The Wyoming Game and Fish Department announced later mule deer hunting season dates for southeast areas that will run from Oct. 20 to 31 following years of public feedback.
