Cheyenne’s T-Joe’s Steakhouse owner Sherrie Lyle spent $850,000 to purchase a cluster of 1910-era buildings on the west side (including the historic Ful-O-Pep grain elevator) and she plans to transform them into a retail destination with a bakery, jewelry store, and antique shop while preserving key historic elements.
