- ➤ A 32-year-old Cheyenne man was arrested at East 11th Street and Fremont Avenue on Aug. 11 for possessing cocaine and pills and charged with a felony—he was set a $5,000 cash bond and faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 20. 106.3 Cowboy Country
- ➤ Treyon Jamar Jones, a 32-year-old Cheyenne man, was arrested on Aug. 11 at 12:26 a.m. at East 11th Street and Fremont Avenue for drug possession of cocaine and pills (a felony and a misdemeanor) and his $5K cash bond was set while his preliminary hearing will be held on Aug. 20 at 3 p.m. KGAB
- ➤ A months-long investigation led to charges against Terrell Royal for possessing a stolen gun and drugs—agents carried out trash pulls at a Windmill Avenue home and later stopped a car where they found more evidence. Cap City News
- ➤ A Cheyenne man, 20-year-old Jadan Orr, faces a voluntary manslaughter charge after he fired an AK-47 at the Sundance Apartments early Saturday morning—his shot went through a wall and fatally hit a 23-year-old man while police confirmed all parties and the firearm are in custody. Cap City News

- ➤ Gas prices in Wyoming increased by 0.6 cents to $3.01 a gallon today from a GasBuddy survey of 494 stations — they remain 3.7 cents lower than last month and 34.4 cents lower than a year ago. KING FM
- ➤ Gas prices in Laramie County dropped 6 cents on August 18 to as low as $2.56 per gallon at Sam’s Club—overtaking Natrona County, where prices rose to $2.80, as Wyoming’s cheapest fuel option now shifts from Natrona to Laramie County. Cap City News
