- ➤ Local collectors in Cheyenne report that Wyoming scalpers have been buying rare toys and comics to resell at prices that can be double or triple the original cost (frustrating many fans) since the COVID lockdown ended. Collectors hope for changes that will make it easier to purchase coveted collectibles in the future. 106.3 Cowboy Country
- ➤ Cheyenne's Haunted Trolley Tour lets visitors book rides where actors hide in the shadows and act like spirits as a narrator tells eerie stories of our city. The tour will run over the next few weekends so residents can enjoy a local scare. KGAB
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Wyoming High School girls’ swimming season ended last week—featuring dual meets, invitational contests in Laramie, and other events—and teams will now prepare for state championships in three weeks. 106.3 Cowboy Country
- ➤ Wyoming High School Cross Country Conference Championships were held on October 16 and 17 at six venues statewide; 3A teams raced in Newcastle after the Lander meet was canceled due to poor course conditions. On Friday, 2A and 4A teams competed in Dayton, Ethete, Casper, and Sheridan—winners now prepare for the state championships in Cheyenne next week. 106.3 Cowboy Country
- ➤ The final stretch of the 2025 Wyoming prep volleyball season saw teams competing in league, cross-quad and interclass matches from October 14th to 18th—standings shifted as 10 teams remained undefeated and some matches were postponed due to weather.
