- ➤ Governor Gordon ordered that the U.S. and Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff to honor former Secretary of State Kathy Karpan. Karpan died on Oct. 24 and her interment is set for Nov. 3 — the flags will remain at half-staff until sundown. Cap City News
- ➤ Traffic delays will affect Cheyenne today on Dell Range Boulevard—epoxy lane striping begins, reducing lanes to one in each direction during daytime hours. Additional work, including installing a thermoplastic crosswalk and nighttime grinding operations, is planned to start Nov. 3, and delays are expected to be minor. KGAB

- ➤ Enroll Wyoming is offering free, confidential help to residents with marketplace health insurance open enrollment starting November 1 to January 15—local counselors are available through a statewide network at primary care offices, hospitals, and other organizations.
