- ➤ The Laramie County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a retail liquor license for Bit-O-Wyo Ranch Wedding & Event Venue but conditioned the decision on securing a formal site plan for safety on rural Happy Jack Road—residents worried about the narrow, steep access. Owner Tanya Riedel said the venue planned to operate seasonally from May 1 to Oct. 31, and the approval resolves only the liquor license step as debates over the site plan continue. Cap City News
- ➤ Governor Mark Gordon ordered the Department of Family Services to set up a Hunger Relief Program that will give financial help to food banks, pantries, and mobile food banks after federal SNAP benefits were paused on November 1 because of the government shutdown.
