- ➤ Today, a power outage left over 100,000 customers in Wyoming, South Dakota and Montana without electricity, and Rocky Mountain Power began an internal investigation to find the cause. Some areas saw power return later this afternoon— a fire at the Dave Johnston plant was quickly put out with no injuries reported. Cap City News

- ➤ New research from Ladah Law Firm shows Wyoming recorded 12 pedestrian deaths during November and December from 2014 to 2023—making it the second-safest among nearby states for walkers this holiday season.
