- ➤ Gas prices in Laramie County dropped 7 cents last week, with AAA reporting an average of $2.41 at local stations including those in Cheyenne. The decline follows a national trend as refineries boost output ahead of the holiday season. Cap City News
- ➤ Gas prices in Wyoming have dropped for the third week, lowering the state average to $2.56 a gallon — prices range from $2.12 to $3.39 and provide drivers with relief as winter travel looms. The trend saves motorists more compared to last month. KING FM

Mark Gordon announced Thursday that he will protect eight mapped segments of the pronghorn migration corridor—overriding the Game and Fish Commission's plan to include all segments—and will form a local working group to review the proposal with applications open through Dec. 31. - ➤ Wyoming Cowboys defeated the Jackrabbits 87-72 at the Sanford Pentagon on Monday evening, with Naz Meyer leading the team with 25 points & key rebounds. The Cowboys improved to 9-2 on nonconference play and look to advance in upcoming conference games. KGAB
- ➤ Cowboys basketball freshman Naz Meyer was named Conference Freshman of the Week after scoring a career-best 26 points in a win over South Dakota on Monday. Coach Sundance Wicks credited early morning gym sessions for Meyer's strong performance, which adds to a promising season in Laramie. KGAB
