- ➤ On Tuesday, the Industrial Siting Council approved an amendment that postpones the Dinosolar solar project from April 2024 to on or before March 3, 2029 and reduces its capacity from 440MW on 3,591 acres to 240MW on 2,396 acres (Mills Mayor Leah Juarez expressed concern about the financial impact).
