A Cheyenne man, Aric Michael Gibbons, was arrested at Walmart on June 19 at 9:56 p.m. for burglary when police reported he left the store with a stolen trailer hitch + drug paraphernalia in his backpack and he was booked at the Laramie County Detention Center.
